Thaddeus Thunderbolt Ross is a U.S. military General who was in charge of the Gamma Bomb Project that transformed Bruce Banner into the Green Hulk. Thunderbolt Ross became obsessed with hunting down and destroying the Hulk, taking part in a Super Soldier program that turned him into the Red Hulk.\r

Red Hulks Passive is to gain a Heat Charge for every 10% of Max Health lost. For each Heat Charge, Red Hulks attacks deal bonus Energy Damage. When holding 7 or more Heat Charges, Red Hulk Overheats for 5 seconds while unable to gain more Heat Charges. Red Hulks Poison Immunity gives him a chance to gain a Heat Charge every time he would have been Poisoned. Blocking also allows Red Hulk to convert Energy Attacks into Heat Charges.\r

Red Hulk gains two Heat Charges when using his first Special Attack. When using his second and third Specials, Red Hulk uses a Heat Charge to Incinerate the enemy, which deals Energy Damage, removes Perfect Block Chance, and reduces Block Proficiency while ive.\r
